In accordance with the customer's special working conditions, BLH Bearing Factory has redesigned the sealing structure of the 6805RS bearing. This modification enables the bearing to operate stably for a long time in underwater and deep sea environments with a large interference fit and a working temperature of 300°C, without any quality abnormalities.

 

Bearing Operating Temperature Adaptability: 300°C

Advanced high temperature grease is adopted to ensure that the grease in the bearing does not dry and solidify under long term high temperature conditions, thereby reducing maintenance costs.

 

Bearing Rust Resistance: 200 Hour Neutral Salt Spray Test

High quality SUS440 stainless steel is selected and treated with a special quenching process. As a result, the bearing's corrosion resistance is 10 times that of ordinary bearings.

 

Bearing Waterproof Test: 7 Days of Immersion in Seawater with No Water Ingress

The inner and outer rings of the bearing are designed with inclined V-shaped waterproof grooves. When matched with the customized dedicated dust cover, the edge of the dust cover can be firmly fixed in the V-shaped grooves, achieving an excellent waterproof rating. This allows the bearing to operate for a long time in deep-sea and underwater environments.

 

High Quality Sealing Material of the Bearing: ACM Acrylate Rubber

A customized ACM acrylate rubber is used as the dust cover, providing a perfect sealing effect. This ensures that the bearing can rotate without interference under strong acid and strong alkali working conditions.
