Deep Groove Ball Bearing Precautions

If the bearing load during operation is too low, deep groove ball bearings can slip between the balls and raceways, causing galling. Large deep groove ball bearings with heavy balls and cages are particularly prone to this. In many cases, bearings can corrode. There are many reasons for bearing corrosion, but the most common factors in daily life are:
1) Poor sealing allows moisture, dirt, and other contaminants to enter;
2) Long-term disuse, exceeding the rust protection period, and lack of maintenance.
3) Excessive metal surface roughness;
4) Exposure to corrosive chemicals; Inadequate bearing cleaning, contamination on the bearing surface; Handling the bearing with sweaty hands; Failure to promptly package or install the bearing after cleaning, resulting in prolonged exposure to air and contamination;
5) Ambient temperature and humidity, exposure to various media; Ineffective or substandard rust inhibitors.
