What should be noted when stainless steel deep groove ball bearings rotate at high speed?
For high-speed operation, first of all, it is necessary to ensure the precision grade of the ball bearings. Using high-precision bearings and low-noise bearings can effectively reduce vibration and noise.
Select the lubrication method and lubricant reasonably. Adopt oil lubrication and choose lubricating oil with low viscosity and high stability to ensure good heat dissipation and lubrication effects of the ball bushing of the stainless steel bearing.
Strictly control the operating temperature. The heat generated by high-speed operation can easily increase the temperature of the bearing. The temperature can be reduced through a cooling system, or special high-temperature-resistant bearings can be customized to adapt to harsh working conditions.
It is necessary to consider the dynamic balance of roller bearings. Imbalance will cause severe vibration and shorten the service life of the bearings. Before installation, dynamic balance testing and calibration should be carried out on the bearings and camshaft followers to ensure that the concentricity of the bearings and connecting bearings is consistent, so as to guarantee the stable operation of the equipment at high speed.
