1. Ensure the use of appropriate bearing models for actual application conditions and their variations (load, temperature, speed, alignment error, installation, etc.)
2. Use modern and advanced high-quality bearings
3. If feasible, use bearings that can extend their service life, such as BLH customized high-performance grade bearings
4. Ensure that adjacent components are designed and manufactured correctly
5. Proper installation of bearing components
Material fatigue leads to abnormal inner ring of deep groove ball bearings

The alignment error and the resulting edge bias load result in detachment only on one side of the raceway, leading to higher stress and bearing failure

The elliptical fixture caused the bearing to peel off and separate at 180 degrees
