I. Material Characteristics
Stainless Steel Material
The rings and rolling elements are made of AISI SUS440C stainless steel (9Cr18Mo/9Cr18), which is treated by vacuum quenching and tempering, featuring high strength and corrosion resistance.
The cage and the skeleton material of the sealing ring are made of AISI304 or AISI316 stainless steel, further enhancing the anti-rust performance.
Food-grade Certification
Some models are filled with food-grade lubricating grease, which is suitable for scenarios with strict hygiene requirements such as food processing and medical devices.
II. Structure and Performance
Sealing Design
It is equipped with dust covers on both sides (ZZ), which can prevent dust and dirt, and extend the service life.
For S6301RS, metal seals or rubber seals are optional to meet the needs of different environments.
Wide Temperature Range Adaptability
It can operate stably in an environment of -60°C to +300°C, meeting the requirements of high-temperature or low-temperature engineering.
High Rotational Speed and Low Friction
The S6301ZZ has a deep groove ball bearing structure with a small friction coefficient. The maximum rotational speed is 20,000 rpm under grease lubrication and 24,000 rpm under oil lubrication.
Load Capacity
The dynamic load C0≈9.7kN, and the static load C0r≈4.2kN, which is suitable for medium radial and axial loads.

The standard size is inner diameter 12mm × outer diameter 37mm × width 12mm, but non-standard sizes can be adjusted according to requirements.
