This 6900 POM plastic bearing has the same dimensions as the 6900 deep groove ball bearing, with an inner diameter of 10mm, an outer diameter of 22mm, and a width of 6mm. It can be formed not only into a sleeve but also into a plastic linear bearing. Made of lubricant and fiber reinforced modified engineering plastic, this 6900 POM plastic bearing offers excellent wear resistance.

√ Due to its numerous advantages over metal plain bearings, the production of plastic bearings is increasing, and so are their applications. Our 6900 POM bearings are used in fitness equipment, underwater robots, office equipment, and the automotive industry. POM bearing material offers excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance, making it suitable for the production of higher-precision plastic bearings. Operating temperatures range from -60°C to 220°C. Its surface is strong and smooth, with virtually no tensile stress. It exhibits excellent self-lubricating properties and a low coefficient of friction. While maintaining its traditional advantages, POM bearings can be used for applications requiring higher precision and speed.

√ POM bearings are the most widely used of all plastic bearings. The inner and outer balls are typically made of POM or PA, and the cage is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 (GRPA66-25). The balls can be glass, stainless steel, or ceramic. These bearings perform well in alkaline environments but are not suitable for acidic, corrosive environments.
