The nylon plastic bearing series produced by BLH Bearing Factory utilizes a single-row or double-row steel ball design, offering strong load capacity and high speed characteristics. This series of bearings shares the same design concept as deep groove ball bearings and offers excellent rust resistance and water resistance.

Nylon PA plastic bearings cover all models of deep groove ball bearings. BLH Bearing Factory can produce bearings to meet customer specifications based on drawings or designs. Below is information about our PA nylon plastic bearing 608.

 

This 608 nylon plastic bearing has the same dimensions as the 608 deep groove ball bearing, with an inner diameter of 8mm, an outer diameter of 22mm, and a width of 7mm. It can be formed not only into a sleeve but also into a plastic linear bearing. Made of lubricant and fiber-reinforced modified engineering plastic, this 608 nylon plastic bearing offers excellent wear resistance.

 

Due to its numerous advantages over metal sliding bearings, the production of nylon plastic bearings is increasing, and so are their applications. Our 608 nylon plastic bearings are used in chemical machinery, food processing machinery, medical equipment, environmental cleaning machinery, automation, fitness equipment, precision instruments, textile machinery, agricultural machinery, doors and windows, bathroom fixtures, and furniture fittings. Nylon bearing material offers excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance, making it suitable for the production of more precise plastic bearings. It operates in temperatures from -40°C to 220°C. Its surface is strong and smooth, and it exhibits excellent self-lubricating properties. Its low coefficient of friction allows it to maintain its traditional advantages while also being suitable for applications requiring higher precision and speed.

Nylon plastic bearings are the most widely used of all plastic bearings. The inner and outer balls are typically made of PA or PA66, and the cage is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 (GRPA66-25). Balls can be glass, stainless steel, or ceramic. These bearings perform well in alkaline environments but are not suitable for acidic, corrosive environments.
