PEEK plastic bearings cover all models of deep groove ball bearings. BLH Bearing Factory can produce bearings to meet customer specifications based on drawings or designs. Below is information about our 6800 PEEK plastic bearing.

This 6800 PEEK plastic bearing has the same dimensions as the 6800 deep groove ball bearing, with an inner diameter of 10mm, an outer diameter of 19mm, and a width of 5mm. It can be formed not only into a sleeve but also into a plastic linear bearing. Made from lubricant and fiber-reinforced modified engineering plastic, this 6800 PEEK plastic bearing offers excellent wear resistance.

Due to its numerous advantages over metal bearings, the production of PEEK plastic bearings is increasing, and so are its applications. Our 6800 PEEK bearings are used in sweepers, drones, robots, the automotive industry, and the new energy sector. PEEK bearing material offers excellent mechanical strength and high-temperature resistance, making it suitable for the production of more precise plastic bearings. Operating temperatures range from -60°C to 260°C. Its surface is strong and smooth, with virtually no tensile stress. It exhibits excellent self-lubricating properties and a low coefficient of friction. While maintaining its traditional advantages, PEEK bearings can be used in applications requiring higher precision and speed.

PEEK bearings are the most widely used of all plastic bearings. The inner and outer balls are typically made of PEEK or PI, and the cage is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 (GRPA66-25). Balls can be glass, stainless steel, or ceramic. These bearings perform well in alkaline environments but are not suitable for acidic, corrosive environments.

The PEEK plastic bearings produced by BLH Bearing Factory are used in a wide range of applications, including ultra-high molecular weight bearings for new energy, polyether ball bearings for the chemical industry, plastic ball bearings for robotic joints, polyacetal sleeve bearings for household appliances, and polyether ball bearings for drones. These all feature PEEK plastic outer rings, and different steel balls are selected according to different operating conditions to extend the bearing's service life. We produce PEEK plastic bearings in the 6000, 6200, 6300, 6700, 6800, and 6900 series. We also can produce custom bearings to customer specifications. When installing these PEEK plastic bearings, high rotational accuracy must be maintained. High-precision bearings must be used, and the dimensional accuracy of the shaft and bearing housing must be improved to avoid excessive interference. Excessive interference can affect the geometry of the bearing or shaft housing, affecting the geometry of the bearing rings and thus impairing the bearing's rotational accuracy.
