This custom PU coated roller is designed as a non-powered idler roller for material feeding, guiding and pressure applications. It is fitted with two 686ZZ deep groove ball bearings and features a polyurethane outer surface for smooth, quiet and stable material handling.

The polyurethane coating provides good wear resistance, grip and surface protection. Compared with conventional metal rollers, the soft PU surface is suitable for handling paper, labels, films and other materials where scratching, marking or excessive contact pressure needs to be minimized.
