The 638RS polyurethane rubber TPU silent pulley is based on a 638-2RS deep groove ball bearing. To increase the load capacity of the pulley, ABS is used for injection molding overlay, which is the first injection molding overlay. For better shock absorption and noise reduction, a layer of polyurethane rubber TPU material is added to the surface of the ABS, which is the second injection molding. Through two injection molding processes, this pulley has the smooth rotation capability of the 638-2RS bearing, as well as a high load capacity, and is very quiet when rotating.
