The outer ring of bearing 626RS is slotted, a high-quality bearing design solution suitable for injection molded rubber coated rollers.
This is a customized roller bearing with dimensions of 6 * 19 * 6/12, designed with a deep groove ball structure. The main component is made of stainless steel, and the inner ring is raised to 12mm for easier bearing installation. The outer ring groove is suitable for combination with various rubber materials.

Function design of outer ring slotting: The outer ring slotting of the bearing can be used for retaining rings and stops, or injection molding, to enhance the stability and safety of the roller, while improving the bonding conditions between the bearing and the rubber material, preventing delamination caused by rapid rotation of the roller after injection molding.

The characteristics of the rubber coating on the slotted outer ring of bearing 626RS are as follows:

1. The groove on the outer ring forms a mechanical interlocking structure, and the rubber material is filled in the groove during injection molding. After cooling, it forms an "embedded locking" with the outer ring of the bearing, completely solving the problem of slipping and delamination of ordinary smooth outer rings;

2. The groove can increase the contact area between the rubber material and the bearing, improve adhesion, and enhance the structural stability of the bonding. After injection molding and encapsulation, high torque and high vibration working conditions will not cause any quality problems;

3. Customized slotting design can be customized according to the size and shape of the encapsulated product, combined with the molding process of the injection mold, to reduce adverse situations such as glue overflow and missing glue.
